Define: Design Process Planner
We’ve created a process planner to help teams better understand our methods and which activities are used along the way.
We’ve separated our projects into 3 sizes:
Big Rock – A enterprise impact/multi pod initiative that either creates a new customer journey, significantly changes an existing experience.
Pebble – A moderate-risk initiative that modifies an existing customer journey with the goal of removing a validated pain points, adding value or creates a new journey with low impact/effort.
Sand – A small task that modifies an existing customer journey with the goal of removing pain points, adding value, or gaining an insight into user behavior.
