Overview

In this initial phase, we aim to discover opportunities through a broad objective and prioritize what needs to be explored. Our UX Strategy team will hold incubation workshops in which we knowledge harvest to align on scope, frame the problem, deepen our understanding of our users, gain insight through research, and map back to our business objectives and value proposition. From here we’ll combine our findings from the UX Research team to synthesize and identify opportunities, assess the viability, feasibility, and desirability of the ideas to work towards “what success looks like”.
