Digital—email
Overview
The email system is built on a series of customizable modules, which may be placed in any order as required by the content. The modules are designed to work in different configurations and with multiple styling options.
A – Header—always present and in the top position.
B – NPP / Abandoned Cart—appear in the second position.
C – A-spot—always comes after the header and NPP / Abandoned Cart modules.
D – Headline / Product Display / Banner—the middle section is a blank canvas: modules may be placed in any number and configuration.
E – Brands We Love—optional, but may only sit directly above the footer.
F – Footer—always present and in the bottom position.
Email types and components
CTR emails are divided between two primary types: Promo and Dedicated, guidelines for which are in the sub-pages of this section. Both email types are constructed using a set of universal modules and are differentiated by their content and communications strategy.
