Brand Signature: Canada's Fun Store

Canada's Fun Store lockup

The Canada's Fun Store lockup is a part of a larger Omni-Channel Fun Store identity. For more information on how to apply the Fun Store creative, please visit the Canada's Fun Store Omni Identity page.

Canada's Fun Store

Like other category versions of the Brand Signature, Canada's Fun Store places the category name between Canada's Store. The typography used to set the Canada’s Fun Store Wordmark is a combination of CT Eastman and custom illustration and is placed next to a unique textured version of the Canadian Tire Brandmark.

Construction

We use a 1/2 leaf measure between the CT Brandmark and Canada’s Fun Store Wordmark. The Wordmark aligns to the Red Triangle. We also include a full 1 leaf clear space around the entire Brand Signature.

A – This marker texture is limited to use in the Canada's Fun Store lockup, appearing only in the Canadian Tire logo and the word Fun. This texture should not be applied to other elements.

Orientation

There are five standard lockup configurations, any of which can be used in a composition:

Vertical three line left aligned

Horizontal one line

Horizontal three line

These configurations have been designed to provide maximum flexibility in our communications. Choose the configuration that works best in the context of your layout.

These lockups have been created and made available in the standard formats—using the same rules—as the standard Brand Signature. Never change the basic spacing or alignment of the text or its relationship with the Brandmark.

Note: do not recreate the Brand Signature lockups. All variations have been built and are available for download—see the links at the bottom of this page.

Don't recreate the Brand Signature lockups or set them in a different typeface.

The French versions of the Fun Store lockup are constructed the same way as the English—type size, spacing, and clear space are the same. Apply them in the same way you would the English versions.

Bilingual lockups

Bilingual lockups

Bilingual versions of the Fun Store lockup are available for layouts that require them. Always use a bilingual lockup, rather than separate English/French lockups, in these applications.
