Customer Experience (CX) Icons
Summary
Customer Experience Icons are Omni-Channel and are used to communicate programs and innovative/unique services and offerings that customers can experience at Canadian Tire, both in store and digitally.
These icons tend to be more conceptual in nature and may require greater support from Process Icons in order to communicate the steps required in the experience.
CX Icons are:
· Representative of entire programs that offer different ways customers can experience Canadian Tire
· Innovative and/or unique CT offerings
CX Icons are not:
· Steps in a process
· Representative of a product feature
Before developing a new icon, first search the existing icon library on the Content Store to ensure what you are looking for doesn't already exist. To create a new CX Icon from scratch, refer to the build specs on the Iconography landing page.
Omni identity
Beyond the use of the foundational iconography style, Customer Experience Icons all make use of a set of common elements to create an overall program identity that appears in all channels. This Omni-Channel identity will help customers quickly identify these icons as touchpoints to interact with or that will improve their shopping experience.

Pattern
In place of a pattern, the Customer Experience Identity uses a cardboard-like background texture, which is available for download using the links below.
